my new workplace..

wow.. it has been two weeks since i last posted.. didn't realise i have not been updating my blog even though i was kinda free in the office.. guess i was too vexed to blog (have been thinking about what course to choose for uni)..

after working for (slightly) more than a month in my new workplace.. i realised this society is really much more complicated than the one we have in school.. ok, my office, inclusive of the boss & excluding me, only has 4 people & there are office politics.. can you believe it? & actually it's only between 2 of my colleagues.. yet it's so confusing already.. can't imagine next time when i really join the workforce..

in my office, there're two companies, one is doing secretarial work for other companies, & the other is a maid agency.. i'm working in the one in-charge of secretarial work & i've two seniors (1 is the pregnant 1 who will be taking maternity leave) & all those office politics are between my these two colleagues..

ok.. tt pregnant lady's always picking on my the other colleague.. keep scolding her for not knowing how to do things or speaking broken english.. but i don't really sympathetised with her though.. because she's irritating & always finding fault in the things i do..keep nagging me all the time.. the 2 of them always back-stab each other when the other party is not in the office..

sigh.. actually i think both are at fault.. if they stop speaking ill of each other behind each others' back.. things wil not be so awkward between them..

& that's why i am always so quiet in my office.. haha.. everyone in my office says i'm very quiet & reserved.. actually i just don't want to make interpersonal-related mistakes when i talk.. thus giving them the chance to speak ill of me..

guess the best way to interact with people in the workforce is to keep quiet.. it's a sad, but effective way to survive in offices..
