i'm a winner!=]rmb wat happened abt a month ago? me got my head knocked against tt damn ez-link machine& fell on e ground on bus 855? after a long long wait (yes..1 month later.. so long rite? if i've any injuries, it'ld haf healed long ago..), smrt finally replied.. even though ere isn't any conpensation 4 me (yah, i was actually hoping 4 some moneytary compensation, but well..), i'm happy 2 c tt i've had my 'revenge'.. e following's e email i received not long ago frm smrt.. (can jus read e bold words, e rest's not e main point..)

We have since investigated into the matter and wish to assure you that we place great emphasis on safety and customer service and do not condone Service Captains who do not provide good service.
We have since taken action against the Service Captain concerned. He has been reminded on the importance of practicing good driving habits as well as to ensure safety while on duty at all times. We apologise for his poor service. He will also be sent for refresher course. Do be assured that we would be monitoring his performance closely and will send him for refresher course when necessary so as to ensure he meets our safety and service standards.
Once again, we thank you for bringing this incident to our attention and look forward to serving you better.
